Norman L. Frohreich provides consulting services to RV Dealers, RV Manufacturers, and other business ventures. His guidance and assistance to small business and manufacturers over the last 35 years have provided significant profit improvement to his clients and employers.
Peggy Frohreich has assumed the position of Vice President Operations. With Peggy's work in the development of The Floorplan Trader, Norlander now offers a new kind of decision-making tool to RV dealership management. Introduced in September 2004 after over three years of data collection, The Floorplan Trader reference book, now available in printed format and CD PDF format, provides strategic information to dealerships for trading and marketing pre-owned products.
We have experienced a very good response to The Floorplan Trader concept. This is becoming a great tool for dealers to become more informed in the process of the trade. Each year we bring aboard additional dealer subscribers who find that having the additional professional tools to selling pre-owned inventory is improving profits, turns, and professionalism.
